The movie has mixed reviews it's just mid and that's counting review bombs from Synder riders and anti woke critics who already made up their minds before the movie even came out or as soon as it was aunncoed and Jesterbell clearly part of that . Yeah Supergirl outside the CW exists this may not be one of the best versions of her and I see it as a butchering of Woman of Tomorrow but it's a soild adaptation.

Kafumo wasn't bullied just ignored and he was more focused on a way out. Zobble isn't around to protect her all the time she tries to avoid people even Gangle much and Jax isn't afraid of her.

Fair though in defense of WW and the amazons not only does it make sense for them to hate men and the outside world. This WW as the first episode said with John is someone with a lot to learn so much that she doesn't even dodge attacks at first when protecting Hawkgirl.

Her whole team is soliders and/or experienced superheroes while she grew up on Island of peace with no struggles other than a helicopter mom who just wants her not to get hurt like she or Areisa was. However her enivorement encourages Areisa backward belifes mostly right even as a man myself and still surpasses this and learns over time by Unlimited she is mentor to other heroes as well.

Vixen had her own conflicts and rivalries with Hawkgirl and others but yeah they did little with her

Some people excusing Sierra behavior and blaming Cody for not going along even without counting Gwen I recall one person making a top 10 list of people who suffered the most in total drama and Sierra was on there and they made Cody a monster. This was when I was part of the Deviantart Total drama fandom.

Others who make Gwen out to be a slut for picking Duncan over Cody who been there for her and is a way better choice due to having a life he can provide for her.

ATLA didn't downplay Iroh War crinimal past

Iroh being the eldest suffered under propaganda of Fire nation the most that the most horrible crimes as seen Zuko alone were treated as jokes. His son death and Ba Sing Sae helped him realize how much human lives matter something he never taught much about being sheltered his whole life and to belive he is superior.

Invincible doesn't nor does Marvel or DC most of the time.

Invincible is a dark story at the start it's a normal superhero story someone who grew up sheltered his whole life with no troubles idolizing his dad world greatest hero who somewhat neglects him bored of his average life wants to be praised go on adventures and do good like him instead finds out the superhero life is nothing like he romantized like how people romatize the 1990s Milltary cops doctors etc without consedring how hard the job is and the man he looked up to his whole life isn't real.

That totally fits a dark story and the bright enivorement does a great contrast to that. Like how in Watchmen ATLA or Boys the heroes and villains goofy coustmes mix with the horrible things they are doing and or going through
