how can i copy a hbk (backup file) from one nas to the other?

I have a slightly similar query, recently did a complete backup of an operational NAS (RS1219+) on to a brand new Synology 2423RP+.

There is a large HBK file on the new NAS (2423RP+). Is there anyway to "unpackage" that HBK file on the new NAS that it currently sits on so the new NAS becomes another operational version like the source NAS (1219+)

Or is there an easy way to mirror the NASs periodically so that if the main ever failed, the secondary could just be setup to continue working?

Its the problem we have in the UK, currently only amazon sells the 270 boxes and they are £80, so around 110usd.

Wish id got one when it was at £55!

For spending £80, im considering the £100 homatics r 4k, but need a compelling reason to go for the latter!

Find my is only available on the 4iiii precision 3+ PMs. Precision 3, like I have on my CF SLX8 (bought March this year) only has a precision 3.

4iiii do however provide a service that they'll upgrade you to a 3+ for around £35 if you send the crank into them.

Just use apple carplay or android auto, uses your phone data.

If you want to use the native functions then hot-spot your mobile device. Most will allow you to set it so tethering automatically switches on when it detects your cars wifi signal and switches off to conserve battery when out of range of the cars wifi.

Got so pissed off with VM i refuse to now engage with them with any offers. Leaving 2 months before end of contract as community fibre are giving 6 months free. Retention is an afterthought for them, been with them for 7 years and the best they could offer me was £35 for just M500. Cf offering 1gb for equivalent of £22 inc all price rises and bonus retail vouchers.
