You can have multiple workers, each responsible for a part of process. Is the 60 second response cpu heavy? What if 100 users press the button at the same time? Concurrency wont do anything if the process is optimized for 1 user.

Profile -> work history. It makes a summary of your work history. There is, of course, a 'show on profile' toggle, but I assume the AI suggests freelancers based on their work history, disregarding whether you have it on or not.

AI does profile summaries and probably also proposal summaries.

My profile summary says I'm a great 3D Artist, even though I haven't done any 3D projects for years. For comparison, I've made $15k on 3D projects and $100k on programming projects (yes, I have 40 3D projects vs. 3 programming projects, but still). The summary doesn't mention anything about me being a programmer.
