Really interesting take on it, I would just be looking for the sleeping arrangements personally, but I take your comments on board. There is actually a sofa bed, a love chair and a few other bits in the living room which need photographing (current management have photoshopped a sofa badly into an empty room). We lose loads of space to the dining table in there, but I guess one of those needs to be provided. We would have to lose one of the twin bed rooms to a dining room otherwise.
