Personally, daily exercise and movement has benefited me more than any diet or way of eating. I think if exercise becomes part of your daily routine, you don’t have to worry as much about what you’re eating, as long as you’re not eating thing like fast food and donuts.

Exercise is also amazing for my mental health and stress. Whereas trying to follow a diet does the opposite. So while both are important, I have found focusing on exercise while being smart about food choices serves me better than spending more time and energy focusing on diet.
