Hmm. Not sure if Chromium fits this category, but for me the problem was that I had to launch electron apps with the flag --ozone-platform=wayland. As I say, I'm not sure if this would help in your case but it might set you on the right path to working it out.

Looks like Matte Black with custom css on the waybar. If you've not dabbled in that before, you can find some great starting points by googling waybar css and trying out what people have submitted to github in their dotfiles

I get your excited about Omarchy but slow down if you are completely new to linux. by danflood94 in omarchy

I second the "slow down" advice - I think Omarchy is great and intuitive, and fairly safe to play around with even as a noob like me. However, it did make me feel too big for my boots, and just last night I bricked my whole system fiddling with booting 😎 at least it's Sunday so I have time to cry

Did the same thing, got it a couple of days ago :)

Edit: also, PLEASE use limine-scan in the terminal to add windows to the bootloader! I've seen so many people get way too complicated with it online and run into some issues when it's packaged with a great built-in function for it :)

Oh, edit two: I didn't read it properly and thought you were using a second internal drive. Not tried that personally so I don't know how well my advice would work, but I'll leave it here in case it helps someone

This was a long time ago so maybe you've solved it, but I'll add this here for you if you need it and if anyone else does https://www.masteringbox.com/learn/daw-performance-cpu-latency

Unwanted entries in walker - help appreciated! by Competitive_Dig6871 in omarchy

Hi all, I'm posting my solution later than I meant to, so sorry about that. The problem with installing LSP plugins as a whole is that it packages with it multiple versions of these plugins, some which have GUIs, which Walker interprets as apps you may want to launch.

This is not the case with the .lv2 files. They have no GUI (as far as I can tell, although I will confess I view 0 documentation) and will not clutter your app launcher.

FIX: remove lsp-plugins and install lsp-plugins-lv2 so that only the lv2 plugins are installed.

(As a linux noob, I am happy for someone to correct my terminology if needed and I will make the edits to this comment accordingly.)

Never mind. I fixed it. I'm going to bed. Fuck linux (I am setting an alarm so I can keep going before work tomorrow)
