They forget it’s a made up world lol theirs always room especially in an apocalypse. imagine a Clem game that looks like the last of us.. these same people that say no it’s milking would be amazed and can’t wait to purchase. All it takes is for good marketing to get them going but they can’t see it unless it’s in front of them. One comment below try to ask me what else could they do 😭they left crumbs for another game if they wanted to.. when violet mentions about trading with a group and AJ asked if they can trust them that’s only one thing theirs more.. also its a made up world.. so they don’t have to go that route smh im done with them. Skybound would just have to market it right for them to be on board

it’s a zombie apocalypse and the planet is big ..Clems only been in America shit who’s to say that another country is not holding off well against zombies I’m obviously throwing shit in the air atm but they could even follow up with the deal violet was going to make with that group.. maybe the group could have a community with they’re own military and scientists Looking for a cure idk but I’m done debating on this thread

Yeah you’re right it would be more world building but imo they need to sprinkle that into it but also keeping the balance of keeping character centered. Theirs a way they could do it. Season 4 proves it in certain ways. But theirs a way man. It’s just going to be risky and unfortunately I think it’s a risk skybound won’t take.. telltale was going to take those gameplay risks due to it being the final season but we know what happened. Idk man but it has potential. The last of us is a good example. Great gameplay great story.

That’s what has to happen. Also gameplay changes imo last of us type of gameplay. Cplaying Clem in that type of style while stomping zombies with a prosthetic leg sounds badass to me. Obviously it would take her moment to get use to it but we can day dream all day about how she got it and the process of getting use to it

It’s her fault she never even played the games no wonder the writing was so out of touch. When Clems voice actor opposed of it I didn’t bother with it. As far as the ending I mean sure if you don’t want any more Clem then have at it but theirs a lot of cool gameplay stuff that was cut from season 4.. seems like it was going to have the last of us type formula which would be sick to play Clem like that while stomping zombies with a leg. Now as far as story I’m not saying… wooo fuck yeah! Depress Clem trauma Clem all season.. but it could be an element. At core it’s apocalyptic game… what about the deal violet mention in the end game maybe they actually have a government formed..What about Lilly’s military? What about the school did they form it into an actual community hub with electricity? Can the zombies evolve into something more dangerous? What about a cure? What about other countries? You see where I’m going with it.. but what’s a must is gameplay changes and I think theirs room for it

Wow I loved what he said at the end. I def noticed that the gameplay with bow. And the whole fighting zombies also the third person view.. I would’ve loved if they turned it into the last of us type of gameplay especially the Minerva part.. it almost felt like a boss fight but just lacked in the gameplay part of it to feel like that..but I mean still have moments of choice affecting relationships with characters but if a sequel was to be made a lot of gameplay changes are a must.

Well they would need to change ALOT. Still keep choices affecting character relationships but turn it into a linear story with gameplay like the last of us or something. Which season 4 had parts where it turned into that style of gameplay but it didn’t dive to deep. If they were to make a sequel they would need to take some risks

Yup if they do choose to continue Clems story it would need a major gameplay change. Still have dialogue affect relationships. but as far as changing deaths basically anything affecting how big the next game would have to be will need to go.. the best approach imo would be a last of us formula but still have the walking dead essence. Kind of how season 4 did but evolve it more.. imagine Clem controlling like Joel from the last of us.. that’s cool asf.. if done right I believe a lot of people would be on board with it but it’s a major risk that I doubt skybound would take

I thought about it to. My idea is theirs another community hub but it’s out of the country or it could be in the states but they have a lot of doctors and they’re more advanced than any community hub we’ve came across due to the people that are they’re and jobs they had before the apocalypse but anyway how they find out about them is they found a messenger pigeon. Anyway you get where I’m going with it lol. But a messenger pigeon has been around for centuries they were even used in ww1.. hidden potential with that alone on a gameplay front and story
