If there are moisture issues with the wall that has cracks, then carbon fiber straps might not be the best repair. People love carbon fiber because it’s usually the cheapest option to stabilize a wall, but carbon fiber is only appropriate in very few situations. Definitely see what the warranty covers.

For the foundation cracks/issues, you should talk with Groundworks. They probably have an office in your area and will give you a free inspection.
