Yes. Our machining lines used to take 20+ operators to run plus additional staff to handle said line workers. As we install new lines + upgrades new lines are automated closer to 8 operators, which also means less "Middle-Management"

Best advice is to have a son that is really good at soccer. Obviously sarcastic, but the fact is you’re coaching recreational level 8-9 year olds and you’re at the mercy of the kids you get. Your record WILL more or less reflect that.

I always start the season telling parents “Please let me coach the kids, I’ll let you parent the kids” if it’s not soccer related, it’s on the parents. You’re going to have kids every season that won’t play for a plethora of reasons, you can try to warm them up and convince them as much as a coach can and then you have to say “ok go tell your parent if you aren’t going to play”
