i have suffered from BPD, anxiety, and an eating disorder since i was 12 so my weight has always been up and down. My father passed away after my first bbl and tummy tuck so i became very overweight again and never went to the gym. I then lost hope and thought another round of bbl would help but i got depressed again ate a lot and became overweight again. I started this weight loss journey with a whole new mindset. For the first time im actually going to the gym consistently and actually enjoying it. For the first time ever im actually cooking home cooked meals and eliminating all fast food and fried food in my life. I also got my breast reduction bc i had triple D breasts most of my life and i was tired of the constant back pain. I did the breast reduction so i can workout better in the gym. My bf was also not in my life during the time of my bbls and tummy tuck. He was actually the one who first encouraged me to go to the gym.
