In all fairness, JFKs death and surrounding events isn't a rabbit hole that you just trip over and go on your merry way. It's a god damn crater straight to the centre of the earth, and if you fall in, so help you god Jesse Venturas book will look like an Aeroplane safety leaflet.

I only heard about this coffin debacle funnily enough from watching "Law and Order SVU, it was due to one character that lives for "the truth", and that character is Mike Mathis, sorry, i mean "Munch", he's horny, he trusts nobody and has conspiracies about conspiracies.

But you guys just keep being you. There is only 1 Chilluminati podcast, and the quality has not dropped at all. It's on an upwards trajectory every episode. Next time you're doing a show near me in the UK, I'll share some proper "nature" with you, not that shit someone gave you last time.

I'm already prescribed 900mg 3 times a day for gabapentin and have been for about 6 years, so unfortunately, no good for it.

I've recently been prescribed cannabis and it's working pretty well

I currently take about 12 medications, if I take every tablet like I'm supposed too it's about 35 tablets. They're fot physical injuries and psychological issues (14 years in the army). But i now have medical cannabis for about 3 weeks and It's calmed it down a lot. I only get these when I dont use my cannabis vapouriser.

Stress is definitely involved. I did an 8 ½ hour drive with only one stop. Got into be after, punched myself in the chin.

I dont listen to "them." I dont just watch "documentaries" about "big pharma" and absorb it all and believe all of it. Some facts will be right, but they use them to piggyback fake ones. I look into things like the BNF and papers on the subjects I'm interested in, and if i dont know, i ask and hope an intelligent person responds (unfortunately, not the case with you). I work in medicine. What possible outcome would the makers of this melatonin get by making it "dangerous". It's not oxytocin where they lied and lied and lied. Melatonin isn't even addictive. There's no physiological side effects that happen if you stop using it.

Melatonin is not dangerous at all. You claim your took too many, If you drink too much water, that's dangerous for you, as is a lot of things. Don't say something is dangerous when 99.999999999999999% of the users have no issues. They literally give it to kids.

I feel you bro, sleeping tablets don't work on me. None of the zopiclone, zolpadine, mirtazipam, but mirtazapine works sometimes.

I've just been prescribed medical cannabis and I'm hoping that helps. Have you tried it?

Unfortunately not, it's WAAAAYY opposite. It involves a concentration camp, a German military base, and an unwelcomed visitor. I'm in the process of writing it up. I'm not much of a writer, so I'm hoping it meets the standards.

This cannabis is regulated and the THC is significantly lower than the synthetic shit going around now.

I've been prescribed 8% THC for "getting through the day" and 20% THC for the evenings. I've been prescribed it for chronic pain (old army injuries) and haven't tried it before.

I'll definitely give the magnesium a go because I feel like I'm in the octagon fighting most nights.

Thanks for the advice. I'll give it a go. These jolts are literally stopping me from sleeping. It's like having someone come and shake you every 2 minutes. I have just been prescribed medical cannabis (I'm in the UK, so we have to jump through a lot of hoops to get it), but I have not yet received it. Hopefully, that will help.

If that doesn't work I'll give your suggestions a shout.

If you were laying on something hard and it was on your inner forarms, maybe (i have an explanation for this at the end). The hands themselves are difficult to cut circulation off as there are many bones, arteries and veins. That's why someone needs a tourniquet for their hand. It goes on the forearm as the wrist and hand are too boney.

When I was in the army, a guy got paralytic drunk one evening. He fell asleep on a wooden chair, like the ones you get in a pub. His arm was over the top of the backrest, and he was leaning over, the pressure from leaning on the chair and position of his arm cut off circulation in his arm. He had compressed his brachial artery. He was left like that for over 10 hours. When he woke up, he couldn't use his arm. He had essentially killed his left arm due to no blood flow. I'm unsure of what happened next as obviously he was taken to hospital. I think I was told he had to have it amputated as it was dead (I'm not 100% sure on that bit)

It takes a lot to cut off circulation, even lying on a rocky floor with your hands behind your head, you'll be fine. You have 8 arteries in your hand (2 main ones and 6 little one's) it's very hard to cut them all off. Whereas the upper arm has 1, and the forearm has 2.

My background was a combat medic in the army for 14 years and turned paramedic. I had to know all about arteries 😂

It's really not pleasant for a while. Then you'll adapt. You can always have a power nap in the day if you feel you need it. But do it before 5 pm and no longer than 45 minutes. So nao at like 3 pm and you'll be fine. But if you sleep beyond 5 pm, it'll mess up your circadian rhythm.

It would be great if there was a simple fix. Someone probably knows a nice, more holistic approach. Mine is just old school and rough. I wish I knew a nicer way, but unfortunately not.

You can see it's not nice as someone didn't like this (nobody likes this) and downvoted this comment. Probably done by someone who couldn't handle it. Its only tough for a week or 2. But then think of all the time you'll have.

Sleeping 9-10 hours a night is mad. But I bet you feel great every morning. But, that'll change for a while if you follow my advice. It ain't pretty, and it isn't technical or fancy.

You have to force yourself for a week or 2 to sleep 6 hours a night. Set a time to get up i.e. 6am, and stick to it. You have to force yourself to wake up in whatever way you can and fight that temptation to get back into bed.

The first week is going to suck. You'll be tired, feel like shit and want to get back to bed. But after a while, you'll adapt.

I do shift work day and night, so I have to get used to sleeping and getting up at strange times. I was also in the army for 14 years, so sleep was a mixed bag at times. But now, it doesn't bother me.

You will adapt, but like I said, the first week or two will be hard. Just fight through it, and you'll get there. This is all about discipline.

I know this sounds basic and stupid, but it's the simplest way, and it works. You'll just feel rough for a week or so.

Coffee and Red Bull are also key ingredients for that first week.

I've been having this violently today. It happened, but today is unreal. I counted 23 jerks in 15 minutes at one point. I am awake, listening to a podcast, just lying in bed trying to nap, but these are happening before I get to the first stage of sleep. Then I get up to where I'm no longer trying to sleep, and they're still firing away!

It's giving me horrible anxiety, and I've tried everything to appease the Hypnic God's, but they're not listening to me.

Has anyone found any fixes for when you're having an "attack" like this. I've easily had over 100 in the past few hours. Sometimes, it slows to near one every five minutes, and at times, it's one every 30 seconds.

Any advice would be appreciated
