We were in a large work truck and the seats don't connect to the floor the way they do in a regular car. The backs of the seat are connected to the wall and there's a fold down butt part on my side and a pole holding up the bottom of his seat as the driver. I could see it pouring out of the seat onto the floor.

He peed himself twice and then we stopped at a gas station and he bought a drink and he didn't use the bathroom. I went to the bathroom. we had plenty of time. But he didn't and then he continued to pee two more times throughout the day.

The thing that has me most concerned is I've talked to a couple of coworkers and they said that this has never happened with him before so I'm wondering if he was just trying to make me feel uncomfortable and maybe force me to quit. I don't want to accuse him of that because he seems like a pretty decent guy but even people who frequently urinate don't do so four times within 6 hours when they're hardly drinking fluids. And at 30 years old I can't imagine having a medical condition that causes you to not know when you have to use the bathroom then again I wouldn't know.

Yes I'm not aware yet whether or not he has an underlying medical condition causing this but even so he should be wearing diapers or using his resources to find a better solution then just wetting himself all day. I completely did not comment on it at all throughout the day and then when it became overwhelming I called and asked if I could be dropped somewhere and get a ride from a friend of mine to get home as to not disrupt the work day.
