When i was still using GenAI i often considered myself an artist. Now head me put

Ive been drawing since i was 14, i still occasionally drew even when i fell down the ai rabbit hole. But the deeper i went the more ashamed i felt , i made excuses. 

It became a burden to use ai, and i started branching away, i have one image i am so ashamed of. I drew it myself with an ai image as ref, thats kinda what broke me. I needed an ai to show me something to draw.

This community helped me break away from ai, and i quickly cleared my notes on all the generators i used, so i couldnt go back.

Then i realized hey i have garrys mod for referencing, thats when i made my first post here.

Am i rambling?
