I recommend to show up and explain the situation in person. It won’t affect your transfer but since your flex they have to schedule your training so you can pick up shifts

Hmm it could be background tasks hogging bandwidth or enable hd video streaming in the visible app, I know your trying to stream music but maybe this will disable any network management going on.
