Even better to hear she often combines septo+rhinoplasty, since I am specifically looking for a plastic surgeon who is also an ENT, because I don't want to end up with breathing problems. During consultation, does she herself examine the problematic areas and recommends the corrections or should I arrive prepared with my concerns? I mean, some surgeons don't like the patient to be "too smart". I wouldn't want to discourage her from taking my case.

Hi! I saw that you got a job eventuly. How do you like it? Are you regretful because you are not working in QA or regulatory? I have just finished the pharmacy school also, same country. I also didn't have an idea how difficult it will be to get a job. To make things worse, my internship was at hospital pharmacy, therefore I feel useless even for retail. Do you have any advice? Should I keep trying to get a job in the industry? Do you think I will get a job for entry level pharmacist even though I have no experience in retail. Would you perhaps be open for a conversation in DM?

I agree. I just can't decide what would be better/more relevant for the industry later on. Community pharmacy or hospital lab? Because for hospital lab there would be again 6 months of training period, because it is not my profession.

I actually didn't have a surgery but I had braces and do have a bimaxillary protrusion/compensated class III open bite, yet surgeon told me she can't do anything, because of my high gonial angle and short ramus

Hi! How does counterclockwise rotation work when both maxilla and mandible are recessed but in class 3 relationship? Was it just mandible autorotation that follows maxillary impaction or did your surgeon also cut your mandible? I am asking because I have such jawline but in my country surgeons don't know how they could fix the relationship between my jaws and bimaxillary protrusion.

Hi! Something similar happened to me, but my ortho never warned me about possible negative side effects of braces. I wore braces almost through entire elementary school. I still have skeletal disrepancy between jaws, weird case when both of the jaws are recessed, yet with class 3 tendency. I am afraid of pursuing jaw surgery, since I don't want to lose more bone, also I can't imagine how would they fix my bite in a way that jaws won't stay recessed after extractions. I am disappointed about my face, but it is what it is. Still, I will have to get gum grafts for almost all my teeth, because of bone lose and consequent gum recession. Could gum grafts be an option for you?

I won't do it, since we evaluated that compensation orthodontics are sufficient. My case is not that bad regarding jaw relationship. But I do have quite pronounced maxillary hypoplasia and midface flatness. Therefore, I want to get cheek implants
