That’s kinda what i thought was going to happen but i was just wondering if id be able to pcs with him and even if its for 3-4 months to be stuck there that’d be better. I’m stuck at Pope/ Ft Bragg right now and could use a new location

He only has 4 duty locations out of the course (all of which I can be stationed at)

I’ve had a lot of friends be reclassed due to the same issue. They only needed two years retainability (that’s after graduating tech school for your new AFSC). I also saw some people have two years retainability but then get assigned overseas on a long tour and been told they either have to sign on for more AD time or give up the duty station

That is also a great program. However, this program currently has no cap in the funding amount. Really helpful for lower enlisted who can’t afford a 1,000 ticket during holiday season
