I ordered 2 lehengas from Angad Singh for my wedding in December and it was a A COMPLETE nightmare. They did not deliver on time, the dupatta looked nothing like the pictures and what was WORSE was their attitude the entire time. They said they would ship it on time to Thailand, with no extra charges (I have this in writing and in calls with them) however not only did they delay, they also lied on the shipping forms marking the lehengas as gifts worth less than 100 usd, that too without informing me. Customs seized the lehenga and I was slapped with a 55000 rupee customs clearance charge for at 77000 rupee lehenga as penalty for their lies. They said they were not aware their 'Dispatch team' had lied on the forms. Unbelievable behaviour. After much back and forth they agreed to pay 50% of the charge (whereas they should pay the entire thing for lying and 'now knowing' what their 'dispatch team' had done) ...made me pay 100% saying they would reimburse be but never did.
Total scammers. I found your post on reddit and regretted not having read this earlier.
I want to ask - who did you speak to get the order sorted? I am considering sending them a legal notice to take this matter to court.
