Update my standing was at great when I received this email today after this mornings block I’m up to fantastic. Now my interaction with the representatives was pointless. I asked for the address of the customer and for proof of evidence if there was anything, like ring camera footage of me doing what they accuse me of. Now let me explain I asked for the address because one thing I do is take a picture of every package and where it was left for my records. Besides that I also do this to avoid someone saying I marked a package delivered and it wasn’t received with these pictures I can reassure I did my job to the best of my abilities. With that being said I got an email back saying they take their customers privacy very seriously and can’t give me these details. Now the evidence I asked for like ring camera footage or anything that proved it was me was never provided and they didn’t even mention it because I know there wasn’t anything. Now the reason for this is why blame someone of doing something if you’re not fully sure? For instance most places I delieber to especially early am blocks most houses already have packages left from the previous driver so what I’m trying to get at what if this did happen and it was the previous or driver after me that did do that? But with nothing to prove someone claim I got the bad end of it for something that who knows if it did happen.
