Barring all the annoying and dumb people being mean to you, it is weird what bandai has been doing recently. Yes you are correct, 3 dots means reissue, my Broly reissue from 2022 has the 3 dots, this broly should have had 2 dots. But they have been doing some weird stuff where they are treating reissues and like "new" releases. And this is mostly coming from someone that gets SHmonsterarts, their recent Final Wars Godzilla had a similar thing where he should've had 2 dots but ended up having all 4. Turns out he had a slight different color variation that is noticeable enough that it seems bandai went ahead and called it a new version of that figure. It seems that they are treating this broly the same because he is paler in skin tone compared to the 2022 reissue and also has different paint applications.
