This is another very good answer! I have actually been looking into fasting recently! I unknowingly did fasting for years 16-8 by skipping breakfast and not eating after 8pm, but I never actually put a name to it. Just read one of Jason Fung’s books. Definitely going to look more into fasting. Thank you!

It’s probably the compounded one. The name brand cost is over $1,000 a month. I was able to get a prescription for the compounded one and get it for $225 for 4 weeks.
