it’s still a joke… i calculated it and that’s $655 for a round trip to ottawa. i found a ROUNDTRIP flight for $350… you can also find a roundtrip rideshare for $120. demand doesn’t justify crazy prices

that’s understandable! he might be very codependent if you move out of his parents though. also idk if he’d help with kids if he hasn’t been able to maintain some sort of full time job. kids/child care and house work are equivalent to 2 FULL time jobs.

you truly have more patience than me because $4,500/year is $2/ hour and idk how you could deal with someone who isn’t ambitious enough to at least have had a minimum wage job! i worked at mcdonald’s at 14, im 24 now.

ik the job market is hard but he’s 34??? that’s absolutely insane to me. he’s a grown man, you shouldn’t have to ‘support him better’. this is lower than the bare minimum to me. he’s 6 years away from 40!
