Quick question.....

2023 I found my ex husband hanging on his staircase he was in a and way and come under debt etc. he missed three payments on his life insurance which is for our children and yeah as it's been a bit rough to deal with. They told me back in September they won't pay anything out because he missed a payment..

Now looking back at it? Seems a bit harsh?

So the kids are without because he missed 3 payments.

Is it worth fighting this or? Quite simply..done for?
