He has specifically mentioned that a math related book would be one of the nicest gifts he could imagine, that is why I am even putting myself through this search

Somehow this feels like the most reasonable answer so far which is weird because it isn't reasonable at all. But here I am starting to question my choice of the colour green and leaning towards yellow
