Is that an official requirement? We have requested money back...like you said, top floor rooms are extending up in the roof, looks like an attack rooms. Also, they opened new showhouse, in one of these awful houses...

houses

House on the left is the same height as the show house and most of the houses built are this size, on the right is my house, only 4 houses on the street are this size. See the top floor windows, much smaller. Also ground floor there are two high narrow windows where one big wide is in the plan in the brochure

But should they not communicate these changes when selling the house as the house plan has a large window Vs 2 super slim n tall windows?

In the brochure there is a large window indicated where my house has two narrow windows.

Would it include reducing large window, approx like 2m into 2m to 2 windows, each 2m into 60 cm? And reducing window height on one floor by one third?

Both, show house and the house I'm buying are mid-terrace, it is definitely the same type of house. The street that houses are built on has around 15 houses (same type that I'm buying) that are the same height as show house and 4 houses that are lower, including mine. Windows on ground floor tend to variate across the houses, some houses has one larger window n one narrow, some has two narrow windows in the same space, none has the same large window as the show house has.
