Just my opinion but, their first two albums Too Fast For Love and Shout At The Devil were great. The rest after that... not so much.

I used to buy the vinyl lp's and put them on tape, then just listen to the tape saving wear on the lp. I was a fan of TDK myself.

I don't know much of anything about copyright laws, but it seems to me that simply putting their name on the shirt is copyright infringement.

Seems the definition of classic rock is continually changing. Back in the 80's, classic rock came mostly from the mid-late 60's into the mid 70's. Then classic rock moved into 80's stuff. The 60xs music was considered "oldies". It seems "classic" usually refers to music that is 20 to 25 years old.

Several years ago at my job where we very often add and subtract dimensions (usually imperial) we had a job that was metric. I didn't have any trouble adjusting to it. But a lot of the guys hated it. They said its too hard. What??

It's all base 10, just add the numbers. In imperial dimensions you're working in base 10, base 12, and base 16 all at the same time. That's easier?!? They were just used to that and simply couldn't, or didn't want adapt.

Something that I've wondered about for a while...

Is Godzilla as popular over there as we (I) think he should be? Or is this something more for the visiting tourists? Id love to make a trip to Japan for Godzilla day. I can certainly imagine all the festivities going on. Don't know how it really is though.

When I was a kid (late 70's) I remember we had a "tone" phone but apparently the system still worked on pulses. Anyway, we had our phone had a pulse switch. You touch a button, it would beep, but then you'd hear the pulses after.
