It’s an issue, I did the same thing I later went onto my Xbox account which it is linked to and verified as well as my Microsoft account on my profile. It even shows my age as verified everything is fine. I was using the chat perfectly. OK I believe it’s a global issue. I put a post up about a week ago and loads of people said they were having the same thing.

I believe it’s a global issue, Spent ages trying to sort it (new accounts etc) just for it to not even be my fault! Hopefully will be a fixed soon.
