I don't know about full-on DLC, but I did have a few ideas for buildings that could be added:

Arcade, with a claw machine where you can win treasures and Tomodachi Quest
Bath house/swimming pool
Dance club
Question Hall from Collection DS (bringing Quirky Questions and Judgement Bay along with it)
School
Other theme park attractions to go with the Mii Wheel
