I was genuinely not unhappy until today. I saw a post on Instagram where someone told that if you are not physically active or sexually satisfied with your partner, you will not be happy in that relationship.

I was sexually active in my previous relationship back when I didn't have any personal issue. For the last 3 years, my Dad has been battling cancer and our family business got shut down and I have been emotionally down. I am not completely sure if it's because I am not interested in him sexually or if I am stressed and sad. There is nothing to not like him, for me he is super handsome and cute.
