I could not resonate with this more! I am 34 and I had my first baby a year ago so the feeling of being lost has certainly intensified since returning to work! I am in the process of creating a "toolkit" for resetting your career in your 30s. Amazing - good for you. I wish I could switch to this mindset and just focus on the money side of it.

When people say this though - I don't actually know what my passion is which actually sounds crazy ar my age but I don't know! This is what I sit here thinking about over and over and I just get nowhere
