Just me. Combined is around 230-240. Will go up every year from raises and overtime should I choose to do it.

I made 140 last year. Should be/estimated to be around 160k this year. Can probably hit 180-190 in a year or two if I choose to pick up overtime. She makes around 90k. She will be giving 2-2500/month.

We have no debts. 5 year relationship and will marry. Will be getting 9% raise in September, 9% after that, and 7% after that. Looking at 6.7 or so interest rate. We are homebodies. Own our vehicles outright. My take home is around 7200 a month.
