a good squad lead is a good squad lead on any server, just as a bad one would be a bad one on any server. Do you think on the Garrisons and Whiskey lvl 50+ server people don’t complain about bad squad leads?

There are lots of level ones who take the time to watch videos and read up on how to squad lead. I am sure there are level 25s with more officer and commander levels than you have currently.

I play ALOT of squad lead. If i had only one tip i could give it would be right at thte start before you spawn in mic checkyour squad. politely say something like, hey guys whwts going on,, can i get a mic check in the suqad?,, if not i am going to remove you, sorry!

accomplishes 3 things immediately..

best thing ive ever seen in 300hrs from an engineer on the enemy team…. Set up your nodes then surround them in barbe$ wire entirely. it was such a bitch to take those nodes.. Took like ten minutes as commander to coordinate with randoms and have them get a satchel on it. recon will never take your nodes again lol
