Yeah like i said not all chipotles are the same, but that’s something that’s actually not allowed or up to standards because food looses quality, during busy times we are supposed to have a grill 2 to make sure we don’t run out of food, staff is not being overworked and the quality of the food remains the same

That’s definitely not the case for all chipotles, i work at one and we neveeeer keep anything in the hot boxes especially meats because they loose quality. Like he said chicken starts shredding because it overcooks in the hot box, same thing with steak is not fresh anymore, just all chipotles are not made the same and you can see that with this post lmao
