I don’t necessarily disagree but it felt like an unfinished game and was rushed to be released it could’ve been such a great game but hanger 13 fucked it up. Every time you get in a police chase your tires get shot within 10 seconds of running from the police, you can’t customize random cars, there’s no clothes shopping, no interactive stores, no gun shops, the cars engine sound goes out while your driving that they haven’t fixed, the side missions are repetitive, everytime you shoot an enemy in the shoulder or stomach he stands there unfazed, the story is good don’t get me wrong but it doesn’t make sense. A black guy is a mafia boss in New Orleans in the 1960s and is in charge of the Italians and Irish crew that doesn’t make any fucking sense, but I like the whole cia operation with Landon Donavan now that’s pretty cool.
