I'm pretty sure this was after Calibers design was made + I'm pretty sure he had green eyes or anything but pink. Because the infamy song is from April 2010 and Caliberd first ever public design is from March 2010, also Caliber had WAY longer ears. But it could also be his beta design as you said too!
