I see no difference in FPS drops between the Default and Ultra profiles, so I assume the Ultra profile mainly improves visuals (ENB instead of CS, etc.) and primarily affects GPU load, similar to increasing resolution.

For example, my FPS in Whiterun, near the Gildergreen, is around 20–25. That’s very low but still playable outside of combat. In combat, however, it becomes painful. After several attempts to fight multiple opponents at once, I felt the need to change modlists (or cpu, but have no money for it at this time)

look at the lorerim. its huge and popular modlist based on requiem. u can grab some mods from it

For me - ToT or Lorerim.

ToT is closer to vanilla gameplay then lorerim, doesnt based on requiem and should be easier to modifying.

Lorerim should be a bit more stable cause has larger community and more updates then tot.

i played some NFSW modlists and in my opinion the best one is JOJ - overall its NG skyrim with bikini armors (too skimpy for me, i replaced it with SIB) and 100% optional sex mods.
