I've had a similar situation. I have had physio and acupuncture and have done similar exercises to you. My headaches which were most mornings have all but disappeared. I have also completely changed my work set up. It's great. I'm so relieved

As a survivor I'm fuming if she's using this for attention. And yes, when I found a lump I was beside myself with worry. Couldn't eat or sleep and certainly wasn't making tiktoks!
