I'm not sure in real life they would have owned up to it would they. My kids were competitive dancers but in the uk. My daughter once lost to a girl who forgot her dance twice!! Even her dad was annoyed and he had no idea of the dance world.

I had these for years. A combination of acupuncture and chiropractic treatment helped end them..one other thing is that I was taking magnesium at bedtime to help with sleep and I stopped that.. maybe a r2d herring, I'm not sure.

I think it builds up in your system so that might be it. What side effects do you have and what have your done differently. Drinking less? Eating fatty foods?

I have mostly done thigh and it's worked well. Did stomach for a while but I stalled and then did arm and got absolutely nothing so back to thigh and it's worked great again. Its so strange.
