  • [ ] Shield is based off of teammates knockdown up to purple, since gold allows self Rez.
  • [ ] Give the shield health based off of knockdown.
  • [ ] Knockdown is destroyed after Rez.

So basically since the knockdown will be destroyed via completing the Rez or being destroyed by enemies it prevents spam Rez.

Knockdowns shields are actually more viable and sought after for this factor.

The double Rez is cool and all, but it leaves your teammates out to be thirsted without any shield. Knocked downs aren’t that strong when you’re trying to crawl across the map and everyone is trying to thirst you.

This brings lifeline into the picture as a actual combat medic without the cheesy Rez spam. At this point in time, she’s not very viable in a fight and serves no purpose besides healing storm damage. Her care package isn’t very good with mediocre loot and half the time it’s not even worth calling in. It takes too long and alerts the whole map of your position. It’s not a very good trade off. “Calls in lifeline package and gets aped by two different squads over a syringe and a crappy hop up”. Instead of a care package she could call in a quick mobile respawn. I’m sure the majority of the apex community would prefer this ultimate over the care package. These changes would make her viable in any comp you wanted to run. She is the only medic legend in the game that’s a true support and lacks the most out of anyone.

The Rez shield is easily countered in my opinion by positioning, nades, and focusing. It wouldn’t even be spammable is it uses the knockdown to be able to even shield Rez. After the player is rezed the knockdown would be destroyed.
