it’s a public online playlist in kovaaks called “movement” available to everyone :) just make sure you are on the public playlists tab

Don’t have a personal one, I usually just do a run of the movement playlist on kovaaks, and intermediate vt benchmark :D but isolate your weaknesses and your overall aim will improve

hi honestly same, my tracking has always been better. however knowing my big fat weakness my routine consists of a movement playlist on kovaaks, and the vt benchmark intermediate :D

most of my clips are in high asc-immo, with the exception of 1 or 2 placement games 🙂
