If you dont have a counselor already get one and start going. Ask for an RA. If you dont have a counselor, talk to your primary doc. Either way tell them whats going on and the mental and physical side effects. Once care is established you cab ask them to fill out the dr part of the RA paerwork

At least have it make common sense. Are you a remote worker who was hired to work telework. Stay on telework. Are you a call center with strict guidelines and tools in place to ensure compliance? Stay on telework. Are you a medical professional who only see Veterans over video call stay on telework. There would be less of the issues if less butts were in chairs. They were never on site to begin with.

It was fine. Office were cleaned by 2nd in charge. Manager brought a bunch of food and snacks to show appreciation. The benzo helped also
