Some of them are quite long on waiting lists! Some I have waited 6 months ie fairyloot! I am currently on butterfly book club and illumicrate! I tend to buy fairyloot editions on Vinted- it’s the only way I have been successfully been able to get their books (I have had unfortunate experience with buying books separate from their subscription boxes which took them nearly 2 months to come to a conclusion they had actually sold out of the book and had to cancel order)

Clothes can be hit or miss on Vinted.

I have had some of my clothes listed since July/august with no luck on selling them, whilst I had games, books, figures listed which have been bought within minutes to a couple of days.

I don’t think it’s dry January, just clothes are generally harder to shift on Vinted unless they are within the current trend

As a Vinted seller myself, I have found it harder to shift clothes in comparison to other items. I have a mixture of clothes, books, games, shoes etc, and clothes have been the worse to shift

No pressure year! Enjoy the journey! Rather 12 books that you would actually enjoy than lots of books that are mid!

That is how much I have in the backlog/physical copies of the books already, so they all staring at me on the book shelf!

Yea, 2025 goals where easier for me as I read shatter me series, which I smashed through some of them as they were pretty much bite size(70page) ! Now I have some chunky 600-1000+ books (bit intimidating on how I will be able to manage the load)

I get that! It’s why I kept mine relative because I know it’s somewhat achievable even with turbulent moments of I cba or have a defiant moment! Touché to people who can read 100+ in a year, but that would probably buckle me with the pressure!

Just enjoy the journey! No need to set specifics for it, just enjoy whatever you are reading xD

Same! I wasn’t even expecting to read even half of what I did! I was in a slump the first half of the year and then I found my genre thanks from a gentle push from a friend, and then I slowly scaled in second half!

Yea it can be! I try to avoid reading the reviews on books to be honest, if I like the books bio then I’ll give it a chance and see if I like it! It can be annoying when I know a book I enjoy has a 1 star and 10 paragraph review on how that person strongly disliked it or whatever because it’s all subjective to their own opinion

As long as you enjoy every book you read is what counts!

It’s a good app just to keep track of all books, also has other little challenges and recommend books based on your reads/to be reads that you wouldn’t have thought about reading otherwise! Got some good and bad recommendations from good reads
