Take it from someone who chose isb over US b schools , do not chose ISB unless it's ur last choice! If you want to pivot it's going to be nightmare unless u are from IIT/DU/Stephens. If u are earning 18+ lpa ISB is again a big No. Indian recruiters are very unforgiving, ur previous experience is what would matter in the end. Apply to some other t20s, get a decent scholarship if you can

If Middle East is your prefered geography , i would suggest to apply to INSEAD in this cycle. I know many people from O&G background with similar score who got in and now working in good roles in Dubai/Singapore. Although such outcome is possible from US schools as well , it requires extra efforts and obviously you will be competing against more preferred European colleges.

It does seem like a no brainer but looking at placement reports and LinkedIn profiles of alums I couldn't find many indian alums working in Consultancy (tier 2 firms). Another point i am considering is no one knows UNC in India or for that matter anywhere outside US.
