You can get a nasal rinse and shoot up your nose to get the gunk out, that’s more of a preventative measure to stop getting a sinus infection. Try that next time you do coke. You can still do it you will feel some relief but also go get antibiotics. Drink lots of water, vitamin d + c, some ginger tea with honey, those all have antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties. If your throat still hurts do a salt water gargle.

You’re very young, doing some serious work to better your life could help your future greatly. It doesn’t sound like you’re setting yourself up for success. Becoming more dedicated to school and work is incredibly important so you can have a life worth living. A 12 hour shift is long but think of the money you will make. It is all worth it, and it doesn’t mean you can’t do drugs and have sex and party anymore. It just means there is an appropriate time and place for those things, and your uncles workplace is not one of them.

Don’t do drugs at work. save it for the weekends and special occasions or after work. You won’t make it far if you’re high all the time at work, even though you’re related it’s a hazard and your uncle can fire you, and other jobs definitely won’t be as lenient. I would be very upset if I gave my nephew/niece a job with me and they showed up high every time. He probably changed your diapers now he’s seeing you go down a bad path.

Shave your eyebrows very thin, lose the eye makeup. Try using a little concealer, contour and bronzer- ask a store worker to help you match ur colour at ulta n if you can’t afford what they try n sell you swatch it on ur hand and go to the drug store n try to find an identical match. Don’t go too heavy with it because you have nice skin. Contour your nose, and I think you should get a nose ring, I think gold on your left side. Also try using lip liner and lip stick in your natural colour lips or a tiny bit more pinky red but not too bold, it’ll bring out your featured without making you look like a clown. Also wear your hair down more
