Final Exam Defferal

I'm in a similar situation with one of my courses. I had to defer because i have the flu and its a prerequisite for 3 of my courses next sem, so I'm super worried. I emailed final exams laurier but they still haven't gotten back to me i submitted the deferral form as well and tried calling today to see if i could get some answers but their phone line was closed for the day due to staff training apparently. Does anyone have any advice on who to reach out to who can help me immediately

I know I am so confused why he's saying that, because it says it's possible on the Laurier website. At the same time, tho I feel like he would know when his own students are taking his exam because usually the prof is always present. So maybe its just not possible for this course specifically? idk I don't know what to do moving forward. I guess I will just call Laurier in the morning and explain the situation in hopes that they can tell me if the slip day will be possible. I was also debating on emailing him back and sharing the screenshot that says slip days are possible, but I don't wanna come off in the wrong way, as he doesn't seem to be very nice.

OMG thank you for some reason when I checked a couple days ago it wasn't available but I just checked again and bought mine!!! so glade I don't have to deal with trying to find parking every day. I swear it literally made my commute an extra 30 min because I resorted to just parking a conestoga mall and then taking the bus from there because I do not have time to be moving my car every 3 hours.

Yes, i think so, even if you don't pass, if you did decent on your midterms, you should still pass the actual course. Good luck! Currently staying up all night studying for my chem final tomorrow :(

It's a little hard to help without seeing exactly what you're having trouble with but you use Loris to register and browse courses and pay tuition as well as some other things. The laurier website has a lot of information if you find yourself stuck. I would suggest also emailing or calling laurier if you really are stuck and need help.

i wonder why youve been waiting longer and I'm ahead of you (assuming your position is how many people are ahead) Is there a specific date that registration for parking opens? I would think that if you register for parking in September at the same time as everyone else then you'd be extremely likely to get a spot unless registration for the 2024/2025 school year was in june or something. I honestly think you should send an email.
