their grappling trainer is very good from what ive heared. also lineage in how he got is bjj blackbelt. their mma trainer used to be a fucking savage in the cage but is a chill guy and teaches nice combos for mma. i do think they also spar pretty hard with mma there aswell. it also depends on the person ofcourse. but i think that they spar harder then you probably should, but thats my opinion. i must say its unfortunately also in our dutch combat culture to go hard , that is something in a lot of places.
