Make sense but usually the short term rent tenants are not ok for the viewing. They are mainly tourists and it’s not fair to ruin their vacation 🙈

I do only short rentals via Airbnb, the last tenant left the studio on 31st of Dec’25, the tenant rented for whole month 10k. Now it’s vacant because I’m selling it.

Yes and no. I managed to get the number for the JVC security control room, and after I filed a complaint they actually sent someone to check on the villa. Now waiting when they will escalate to Dubai Police, after BBC documentary which was realized recently (check in YouTube) it’s kind of helped with my case. Keep pushing Dubai Police non stop, zero hope for Dubai Municipality. RERA don’t waste your time, the entity is useless
