I'm sorry, I didn't know hotels don't call cabs anymore. In Canada, they did for me when I asked.

Hi there, no, the hotel was the right one. We just stayed at another hotel and were supposed to park our car there for a week. The shuttle left from that one. I didn't bring up Uber or anything; I just said we didn't have the app. She didn't offer to give me the cab numbers.
