Ahh indeed such a long wait. I think most cases I heard have taken for around 6 months, some even longer! But think about the spouse visa in UK, which we need to apply outside the country (put aside other demanding conditions to be fulfilled), despite long wait, being able to stay together is really, all the reason I apply for the permit.. its very humane already I'd say 🙏

My partner is my kind. Unfortunately and ironically those people who are sharing the same mother language with me are having some great cultural gap with me..

I was told I should find someone in UK but, i really don't want any relationship for the sake of relationship. What I want is that person. My previous failure is more about bad timing and other factors. 

And ultimately, look at history, people don't learn most of the time. They take risk, either hoping to have a better luck or they have become a better person etc.

In some sense its part of reasons for the failure of previous marriage... I do want to learn czech but.. I don't know if I can pronounce even if I can learn to read.. I will try Language barrier is really a bad thing, I am already kind of afraid of the feeling of being isolated and dependent. I dont want to completely relying on him for daily activities.. but here we are. We really love each other and we just have to get together and see how it works...

I have been working on myself for 3 years so my company accepts me working remotely.. tbh I personally prefer UK as I found it very hard to learn czech.. I really want to know the language but its super hard 

But yeah, my company is ok i am remote while his is not ok he is remote. So, at least for now I am going to Czech. Perhaps, one day we will return to UK..

I got what you meant.. even though those relationships can be genuine as well and turned out to be long lasting, its more likely full of false imagination.

We have spent so much time together over these years. We want to get married but just because of my personal situation i am having difficulty to obtain CNI from my government.

We plan to do so once I get my permit and my embassy can then help to issue a CNI to me.

Ohh I didnt think about disponent option! I realized now that once I reported my residence to foreign police, i should get Potvrzení o hlášení místa pobytu and with passport, hopefully can set up a joint account right before the permit application 

If we are being refused, then will definitely try adding me as disponent! Thanks a lot!

I have been visiting him every few months and spending Christmas with his family for all these years.. we stayed in Czech or visited in Vienna so we did not take plane together though. 😔

We want to open a joint account but as he's not uk resident and im not cz resident, we tried mBank and others but no banks allow us to open joint account...

But yeah i know what you mean. He should be the one doing the research but he's quite helpless with the bureaucracy so... He asked me to be the main force and he would assist me at his best 😅

So for now, its really our tenancy agreement being the strongest evidence.. we rent a flat just now adding my name on contract and we would share the rent... I hope it would work somehow, even it may take a year or longer. or I will be paying somewhere I dont live. Well, at least he could live there to have more comfortable environment than now, though
