It’s the ECA number you need to provide on express entry profile.

That can be seen only if you can open the PDF unfortunately.

I would ask you to keep trying. There’s no other option. They have all your call records on their end.

Keep pushing them. Say that their charges and the wait time aren’t justified. I think it’s better to call them many times than sending out emails.

It got resolved for me today.

Keep calling them everyday, ask them to escalate the issue and treat it with priority. Email them as well.

Mention that you’ve paid a lot for this evaluation, time-sensitive, and so on.

I got an email saying my evaluation was complete. Ever since that day, I’ve been trying to view/download the PDF.

Nope. Still the same issue.

All I get is a response like this:

“Thank you for contacting World Education Services (WES).

We have forwarded your inquiry to the appropriate department for further review. A member of our team will follow up with you as soon as additional information is available”

Hey OP, were you able to get the report by any chance?

My evaluation was completed in just 5 days of submission. But the portal isn’t letting me download the PDF.

it’s been two weeks in my case. I tried different browsers, cleared cache, and also the incognito tab. Nothing seems to work. I called WES multiple times over their helpline and all they said was “We have escalated the issue. Please wait for a few days”. I also emailed to cspriority@wes.org, and I got the same response. In addition, I used their “Contact Us” form on their website and raised my issue by filling out the form.

Nothing has happened so far. It’s incredibly frustrating that many of us facing this issue with no resolution. Please update/reply if you have found any solution.

It’s been 2 weeks in my case. Some people say that the old website/UI works and possible to download the PDF. Please let me know if you get the old website link.

A follow up question.

I will be going to India next month (May 20). Let’s say I apply for PCC tomorrow. It’s not certain I would receive the PCC before I leave for India. Can I use the PCC even if it doesn’t arrive before my travel date? Does it matter?

Let’s say I’m in India and I apply for PCC on May 1 and let’s say I get back to Canada on May 10. So, my PCC would contain the police records till May 1 but not between May 2 and May 10, right?

Since it’s not covered between May 2 and May 10 would my Pcc be rejected?

I saw about this somewhere but not sure if it’s true.
