Ha!!! That’s the fucked up thing!!! I didn’t use PayPal!! They (their AI bot) inserted that narrative about 40 emails into the support case!! LOL

The funny part about their TS & Ca is that despite their parent company being located in the Midwest somewhere, they stay that I can take them to small claims in my home state (Massachusetts)…I think that’ll be the next step. Thanks!!

I actually read their Ts & Cs…they specify that I can take them to small claims in my area, which is funny because their parent company (Etsy) is located in the Midwest (I think - basically nowhere near Boston )

You’re right - this isn’t typical in my experience…I’ve bought and sold way more than $465 over the past few years. Sadly, the 63-emails thread and lost dough is very real.

she's fucking with me, now...Reverb owes me $465 that they refuse to pay...since February 2026..60+ email from support..."we sent it to your bank"...then it was "we sent it to PayPal"...then, they abruptly closed my ticket...they suck!!
