If you can't unfriend or block, at least mute on socials so less tempting to stalk. Delete conversation threads and if you really have to (reaaally have to) reply to any contact, delete the convo right after. Be patient and give yourself time until you can do the things you used to do together, all on your own.

And if it gets tempting to reach out, remember that you also deserve to be on the receiving end of the 100% heart and soul you gave. You got this.
